Spitalfields & Street Art

Located just beyond the bounds of the ancient London city walls, Spitalfields and Shoreditch are vibrant, young places packed with working-class and immigrant history and world-class street art. In the first half of this tour, we'll explore the history of Spitalfields: I'll show you a sunken, abandoned bone house; a radical Jewish bakery; and we'll track the notorious serial killer, Jack the Ripper. In the second half, we'll cross onto Brick Lane, where street artists come from all over the world to show off their stuff.
